About the Role:

Cyber-Periscope, a cutting-edge cybersecurity firm, is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Software Engineer with a specialization in Infrastructure. In this role, you will be instrumental in automating, scaling, and maintaining our vast infrastructure. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software, scripts, and infrastructure as code.

• Champion automation initiatives for processes and workflows.

• Extract and analyze data from remote systems and APIs.

• Collaborate and brainstorm with members from different teams to craft impactful solutions.

• Constantly refine our product to optimize its architecture, models, user experience, performance, and stability.

• Take ownership of your deliverables, ensuring timely and effective delivery.

• Construct proactive remediation systems that detect, triage, and rectify issues.

What You'll Need:

• Profound knowledge of application development.

• Demonstrable experience in both consuming and creating REST APIs.

• Aptitude for reading and writing technical documentation.

• Extensive experience with scripting and automation.

• Proven track record in building and overseeing infrastructure at scale.

• A balanced passion for both systems and software.

• Familiarity with backend service and tool development in Golang and/or Python is beneficial.

• Prior experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform (or comparable technologies) is a plus but not essential.

• Dynamic self-starter with a proactive approach to challenges.

• Stellar team player with the knack to collaborate across varied teams.
